  • Dear Colleagues and Friends,
  • Welcome to the 3rd congress of the Asian Society of Fertility Preservation. Since its inception in 2015, ASFP under the leadership of its founder president Prof Nao Suzuki has made a tremendous effort to bring together the Asian countries to improve awareness of Fertility Preservation. The founder members have worked tirelessly to provide expertise to countries who are just starting off fertility preservation services. We take immense pride in the fact that today the need for oncofertility is being accepted increasingly by oncologists.
  • Fertility Preservation is a multidisciplinary field, apart from reproductive medicine it involves the fields of oncology, embryology, andrology, immunology and psychology. Nurses and social workers also form an important part of this discipline. A united effort is required to improve the quality of life of young cancer survivors, as also the quality of life of other patients seeking to postpone reproduction due to medical or non-medical conditions. The aim of this congress is to discuss and debate clinical and scientific developments in the field of Fertility Preservation and ART.
  • I congratulate Dr. Budi Wiweko and his team in putting together an excellent scientific program. I would also like to thank the Indonesian Association for IVF for co-hosting the event as the two disciplines are integral to each other. I hope you enjoy this academic feast.
  • Best wishes,

    Dr. Nalini Kaul-Mahajan
  • President ASFP

Therefore, we cordially to reinvite you to attend and take part on the 3rd Congress of Asian Society for Fertility Preservation in Conjunction with 4th Biennial Meeting of Indonesian Association for In Vitro Fertilization 2021: Advancement in Assisted Reproductive Technology; Ethics, Patient Expectations and Beyond which will be held on September 24th – 27th 2021 at the Prime Plaza Hotel, Bali Indonesia.
  • We are more than excited to welcome you to Bali, the island of Gods. Bali is a small island, part of Indonesian archipelago, with breath-taking panorama that may discover as paradise on earth. Its unique cultural heritage blends with the modern society in harmony. Balinese cuisine has also received attention from world, for its rich spices and flavors. Visiting Bali will surely be a great experience for delegates and their families who we encourage to visit.
  • This will be the very first hybrid event we have ever hold. This hybrid event is expected to close the gap between both physical and virtual audiences.
